Heady Topper is a phenomenal Imperial/Double Indian Pale Ale (DIPA) brewed by The Alchemist in Waterbury, Vermont. Rated the number one beer, this DIPA gives hints of citrus flavor and has an ABV of 8%. However, when drank from the can (as suggested by the brewery) one can get a tint of grapefruit and give you wave after wave of hoppy goodness. Heady Topper is well-known throughout New England and the country for that matter. Never pass up the opportunity to get your hands on this DIPA.
